1. All patrons using the Internet workstations must agree to abide by the "Guidelines for Internet Use at West Branch Public Library." Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in loss of Internet privileges at West Branch Public Library. All users must complete this Internet User form. Children and young adults under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the form. Children under age 13 may use the computers in the Children's Room. A parent or responsible adult must supervise Internet use. Parents or legal guardians are ultimately responsible for any materials a child might encounter on the Internet. 2. Respect the privacy of others by not misrepresenting myself as another user or modifying or gaining access to files or passwords that belong to another user. 3. Refrain from illegal and inappropriate use, including violation of federal, state or local laws & regulations. 4. Internet access is limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
